I have deleted a stock from my portfolio but I continue to receive the daily summary, how can I stop it?

The Alert and portfolio information are stored separately and therefore removing one will not affect the other. If you remove a stock from your portfolio but continue to receive a daily summary email then please follow these guidelines:
  • If the stock is still listed on the exchange and hasn't altered its title or ticker symbol, you are able to halt the daily emails yourself. To do this search for the stock again via the quotes or portfolio sections. When the stock is returned click onto the "Alert" tab which appears to the left of the stock. On the next page which appears click "stop daily summary"
  • If at the point the "stop daily summary" link doesn't appear or if the stock has altered its title or ticker symbol then select "Portfolio" from within Online Support. Please make sure to include the latest copy of the price summary.
