It is important to check your orders thoroughly before submitting them to us, as once an order is submitted, and executed, it cannot be altered.

You may however view the current status of any pending UK 'Negotiated Trade' orders and any pending US 'Best' and 'Limit' orders on the 'Order Management' screen within 'Trading'.

To request to cancel a pending UK 'Negotiated Trade' order you need to contact us on 0845 882 3325, however we will not be able to cancel this order if it has already been executed. It is not possible to cancel these orders online as they may already be in the process of being manually executed.

You are able to cancel pending US 'Best' and 'Limit' orders by clicking on the 'Delete' icon on the right hand side of the screen. If these orders have already been partially executed you are still able to cancel the remainder of the order.
