TradePlan orders will almost always execute if the limit or trigger price is reached. However, they are not guaranteed. We may not be able to execute your order for a variety of reasons, including, the price of the stock moving very quickly, our RSPs suspending the stock or if the order quantity is too large for the RSPs to execute.

Interactive Investor Share Dealing Service is reliant on a third party providing the share prices within the Trading Application. We cannot be held liable for any unexecuted limit orders should there ever be a momentary failure in this price feed.

Should a significant corporate action occur on the stock we reserve the right to cancel your TradePlan if we believe that it may be triggered for execution solely as a result of the change in stock price resulting from the Corporate Action.
