When you chose to place a TradePlan instruction your order will be continually checked against the market price and will be placed as soon as your specified limit is met - assuming that you have the funds, or stock, available to execute the trade.

For US markets you will be given an indicative price. You can then place either an 'at best' or limit order. 'At best' orders should be executed immediately. Limit orders will be executed when the price is within the limit you have set.
