Although it’s not normally possible to transfer shares you already own directly into your ISA we can help you sell them and use the money raised to re-invest in your ISA. Please note that this sale may trigger a gain for Capital Gains Tax purposes.
In order to sell your investments we require a form to be signed and returned with your share certificate or other document of title. The necessary forms can be obtained by e-mailing sharedealing@iii.co.uk or by calling us on 0845 882 3325.
You’ll have to pay dealing charges on the sale. The purchase is free of commission but you will have to pay the normal Stamp Duty.
