If you know your username and password you can change your newsletter options by clicking on My Account link.

Within this page you can subscribe or unsubscribe by clicking onto the Newsletters link. Tick or un-tick the selected newsletters. In order to complete the process, click the "update newsletters" button, which appears at the bottom of the page.

To change the email address click onto "My profiles" and then the "Email Addresses" link, amend your details and click "update profile"
If you do not know your password or are having difficulty accessing the "my profile" link then please use the forgotten password link which appears on the main customer services page.

If the above points do not resolve the issue then select "Email Newsletter" from within Online Support.
