We believe our new Level 2 terminal, "Quotestream", surpasses our previous Level 2 service and were aware of a growing number of complaints regarding data falling behind the market.

For that reason we have released the new service; but are addressing the following missing features which we believe some users may benefit from:-

1. The ability to launch from a quote or portfolio entry straight to a Level 2 view of that equity.  Currently you will need to launch or keep Quotestream running and populate the Market Depth window within the application - this is best done by adding equities you watch to your Quotestream watchlist/portfolio and dragging the entry to the Market Depth window.

2. No syncronisation between iii.co.uk portfolio and Quotestream portfolio.  We appreciate most users would like to keep a consistent single record of investments and watch lists. We are working hard to introduce this feature asap.

3. Certain fundamental data missing for London equities , e.g. P/E.  We are working hard to fill the non-Level 2 data within the Quotestream in order to make the application as comprehensive as possible across both UK and US markets. Fundamental data remains available within our website when viewing an equity information page.

4. No 'Buy / Sell' button to link to our share dealing platform. This will be introduced in the next release due shortly.

5. Market Indices does not contain the FTSE100; when added manually it is not 'remembered' next time you log in.

6. Market movers view does not contain London market information.

7. The ticker 'style' in Quotestream differs from the website. Vodafone for example is VOD:LN in Quotestream and VOD.L on the website.  We are working to allow all variations, however in the meantime please use the Lookup feature to find the relevant ticker if you're unsure.
