Having clicked to launch Quotestream, if the launch window presents a grey box and does not show a "Sun Java" logo your Java install may not be correct or linked incorrectly to your browser.

Please visit http://www.java.com and click on the download link under "Download FREE Java Software for your desktop computer now!" and follow the instructions to install Java. At the end of the installation process your browser will then restart and you'll have the option to verify your installation which you should do.

Once verified, please revisit the level2 launch page (http://www.iii.co.uk/level2_login).  After the Sun Java logo appears, the Quotestream application will download and then initialise via 4 steps, the progress of which are indicated to you. The service may take up to 2 minutes to launch depending on the specification of your browser.

Once running, click the Launch Full Screen button to the top right of the embedded application to view Quotestream in full screen mode.

If Java still does not initialise, i.e. you do not see the Sun Java logo and the 4 'traffic lights' then your browser installation might be corrupt.  We recommend you try 'Firefox' as an alternative and well supported browser - which can be downloaded from http://www.getfirefox.com

We are also aware of problems with users of BT Yahoo's browser and Java generally.  We recommend you launch Internet Explorer or Firefox and NOT the BT Yahoo browser.
