I am receiving more than one copy of the weekly newsletter, how do I make sure I only receive one?

If you are receiving more than one copy of the newsletter this will be because you have registered more than once with the same email address.

If you know the username and password for these registrations you can unsubscribe the newsletters by following the guidelines in question one.

If you are unsure of the username and password and you receive the emails in plain text you will be able to unsubscribe by using the details available at the bottom of the newsletter (username and email address). Firstly click onto the forgotten password link and enter these details. An email will then be sent to this email address enabling you to change the password.

Once you have done this you will be able to enter the My profiles section of the site to unsubscribe the relevant emails.

If you continue to have problems please select the "Email Newsletter" option from Online Support.
