Norton Firewall default browser settings for "Information about visited sites" is "Block". In order to permit access to QuoteMedia services, take the following steps in your Norton Internet Security software:
- Under Norton or Symantec Status & Settings click on either Privacy Control or Ad Blocking and click on Configure.
- Then click on Advanced.
- On the left of the Advanced window, click on "(Defaults)"
- Make sure that the radio buttons for Permit (as opposed to "Block") is checked for the categories "Information about your browser" and "Information about visited sites."
