The community / site feedback board was removed as it was not being used as intended: For site feedback and not for individual support issues.
The biggest criticism on the board being that we do not listen nor care; this is not the case. To answer this criticism we have directed the 'feedback' through to the appropriate channels (which have always been there) where people will be answered / attended to.
It is a sad fact that whilst a few people are unhappy with our service and were more than keen to publicly say so there are many more people who are happy with the service but sadly were not saying so (on the board). Without this balance of true opinion the result can be commercially damaging and one which we will take every step to rectify.
The page you are now directed to covers every aspect of our business and all issues raised via this route or by contacting us directly through the contact centre will be answered.
