When I try to log into my portfolio the log-in box keeps reappearing and then I am taken to a register for free page. What is the problem?

This is likely to be because you are typing the username or the password differently from how we have the information stored. Please remember that both the username and password are case sensitive and should be entered in the same way as the original application (without spaces, dots or dashes).

Also remember that if a username and/or password are prefilled in the login box then this information can be incorrect. This is because your browser saves this information for you. Therefore try deleting the username and password when they appear and typing them again.

If the problem continues and you know the username and the email address which you registered with use the forgotten password link above to reset your password.

However if the this doesn't resolve the issue please select the "Password and Username" option from Online Support.
