If you want to trade or place an order you can click on the particular instrument and you can then select the number of contracts you wish to trade and indicate whether you are going long or short. You can also set your stop loss or limit at the same time.

You will then receive a confirmation message detailing your trade.

At the bottom of the screen you can see all your open positions with  details of your P&L.
