Funds only price once a day. Most fund managers have a valuation point of between midday and 2pm.

We have a cut-off point of 11.15am. All deals placed before this time will be sent to our Fund Administrator at midday to get the next available valuation point.

You will receive the order confirmation and contract note early the following morning after the deal is placed.

If you miss the 11.15am cut-off point your trade will be held over until the following business day.

Sample Timeline A:
Order placed on Monday at 10am.
Order dealt at the next valuation point (usually that afternoon).
Order confirmation received early Tuesday morning.

Sample Timeline B:
Order placed on Monday at 3pm.
Order held over for dealing the following day (Tuesday)
Dealt at the next valuation point (usually that afternoon).
Order confirmation received early Wednesday morning.

NB. Standard Life have a valuation point of 7am and so deals placed with that fund manager will take an extra day to settle.
